PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling tool capable of not only allowing a held work to easily take a different attitude but also reducing manufacturing cost of an assembling line of the work. SOLUTION: This assembling tool has a clamp part 1 for holding one side part of the work 2, a base part 3 for installing this clamp part 1 in a rotatable state around the axis and having a means 4 for stopping its rotation at an optional angle, a substantially circular arc-shaped guide rail 5 for slidingly holding this base part 3, and a table unit 7 for rotatably holding this guide rail 5 around the axis.
