The hygiene set e.g. toothbrush, has a handle with a reservoir to store tooth paste, and a duct for a thrust piston (11) that is moveable into the reservoir. The piston serves as a conveyor device, when it is pressed with a thumb of a user e.g. physically impaired person, so as to convey the paste via a duct (4) and a discharge opening into a brush. The piston, handle and brush head are made from thermoplastic materials.
