摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide network equipment for executing communication without increasing a delay time even in a network congestion state that the operation of a flow control function is executed in a transceiver for the network equipment which is going to execute the transmission/reception of a data frame. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of two oppositely arranged network equipment transmits/receives three kinds of frame, that is, the data frame, a training frame, a PAUSE frame or a frame similar to the PAUSE frame. A clock frequency difference between transmission side network equipment and reception side network equipment corresponding to the above-mentioned two network equipment is estimated by using each arrival time interval of a past frame and a current frame. The clock frequency of the transmission side network equipment is controlled so as to be equal to the clock frequency of the reception side network equipment by using the estimated frequency difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
