PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair suitable for producing a relaxed atmosphere. SOLUTION: A revolving seat 3 is formed in a gourd shape for which semicircular parts 3b are continued on both sides across a narrowed part 3a. The rotation center of the seat 3 is eccentric by a certain degree of dimension in a horizontal direction from the axis of a post (gas cylinder 1). When a person sits thereon, the attitude of the seat 3 can be variously changed, various sitting postures can be taken at the time of having a meeting or a conversation, and the relaxed atmosphere can be produced. By providing an auxiliary body 4 to be horizontally turned through 360°and making the auxiliary body 4 hold an armrest function and a small table function, it becomes more suitable.
