PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of extracting matching points between stereo images without photographing an equiluminance screen for each shot of the stereo images nor having to record for each shot a photographic parameter that greatly affects changes in the rate at which the amount of ambient light decreases.
SOLUTION: First matching point information showing matching points between the stereo images obtained by use of a stereo photographic optical system is obtained (S91) and a group of data for correcting a decrease in the amount of ambient light of the stereo images are stored in a storage means (S92). Further, specific data are selected from the group of data by use of the first matching point information and information on the pixel values of the matching points (S93). The stereo images are corrected using the specific data (S94). Then second matching point information showing the matching points between the stereo images corrected is obtained (S95).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
