PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a sliding mechanism and reduce the cost by slidably supporting a top board by leg bodies without using guide rails and the like as separate members. SOLUTION: Guide grooves 8 facing the front/rear direction are provided in both upper/lower surfaces of a horizontal beam 3 facing the front/rear direction in the upper ends of the left/right leg bodies 4, the inside ends of the horizontal beam 3 inward from the guide groove 8 are formed into guide rail parts 13 facing the front/rear direction, and a pair of brackets 14 fixed to the both sides lower surfaces of the sliding top board 10 are fitted slidably in the front/rear to slide the sliding top board 10 along the horizontal beam 10 in the front/rear direction.
