FIELD: construction industry; production of items out of semidry construction mixtures. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of construction industry, to production of items out of semidry construction mixtures. The technical result is improved quality of molded items, increased productivity, reliability and quality of items, decreased labor input of the operational staff, decreased power consumption and a level of noise. Substance of the invention is that the aggregate for molding items out of semidry construction mixtures consists of a fixed on the base composite frame composed of a central, a right and a left-hand sections made in the form of concrete blocks with inserted mortgage elements. On each section of the frame there are mounted accordingly a shaking table and guiding tables. On the guiding tables there are mounted a primary and an auxiliary distributing tools of the main and finishing layers of a moldable item. On the adjacent butts of the guiding tables and on a plate of post there are mounted the basic guides, on which a carriage rests. On the carriage there are fixed guiding bushes embracing plungers, to which to which a punch and a die are hanged The shaking table consists of an anvil with hammers and vibration exciters resting by pneumosupports on a stationary frame. In front of the shaking table there is a holder of the intermediate trays. Behind the holder of the intermediate trays there is a gear for feeding of the next intermediate tray made in the form of a grasping jaws placed in the additional guides. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality of molded items, increased productivity, reliability and quality of items, decreased labor input of the operational staff, decreased power consumption and a level of noise. ^ 2 cl, 9 dwg
