FIELD: medicine, urology, andrology, sexopathology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with syndrome of erectile dysfunction and small-sized penis. One should implant endoprosthesis into cavernous body, about 4-6 mo later one should substitute this prosthesis for that exceeding the former for 3-4 cm by length to re-implant the latter into fibrous capsule developed at intracavernous prosthetics. Moreover, proximal end of prosthesis should achieve the septum of capsular basis. Then one should lengthen penile trunk and apply distal end of prosthesis into bulbous department of cavernous body. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of penile lengthening. ^ 1 ex
