1. The method of continuous sterilisation of spices and other organic raw materials consists in applying the sterilising properties of water vapour. It is characterised in that a raw material is subjected to continuous longitudinal-transversal shifting in the reactor, accompanied by simultaneous application of saturated or superheated water vapour. The obtained product is dried by a known method, until the final product with equilibrated humidity is obtained. 2. The device for continuous sterilisation of spices and other organic raw materials is equipped with a vapour-fed reactor. It is characterised in that the reactor (1) has the form of a trough. A double-helical conveyor (2) and a conduit (3) with vapour-feeding nozzles (6) are located inside the conveyor, along its longitudinal axis. One end of the reactor (1) is mounted on a bearer (4) fixed to the base (5), while the opposite end of the reactor (1) is supported with the servomotor (6).
