<p>A method for implementing an interactive communication system (10) for guiding a user to at least one desired element by using a communication network /internet (100) involves initially inputting at least one individual user profile into a first data bank (90), and inputting several user requirements in a second data bank (70) followed by input of several operations/actions into a third data bank (30). A user is then logged on at a communication system (10) by computer (50) for automatic dialing at least one user requirement from the second data bank (70), followed by presenting the selected user requirement on the computer (50) of the logged on user. An operation /action held in the third data bank (80) is then called up and presented on the computer (50) of the logged on user.
