PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature cooling system with high flexibility having few constraints in an attaching location and size of an object to be cooled. SOLUTION: The low temperature cooling system for maintaining the object 10 to be cooled at a low temperature even when a cooling means 30 stops is provided with the heat storage device 40 thermally contacting the cooling means via a disengaging means 32, and a circulating means 50 having a circulation line 56 for transferring the cold of the heat storage device to the object to be cooled.
