PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the controversial point that a sufficient damping force may not be able to be displayed by the vibrating directions because vibration-control fittings with a conventional tabular spring are formed in a rectangular sectional shape since the tabular spring is used and have different elastic forces by the bending directions. SOLUTION: When a building is vibrated by an earthquake or the like and a column P and a beam T are vibrated, the columnar springs 63 are deformed elastically and absorb vibrations. Since the springs 63 are formed in a columnar shape, approximately the same elastic force is displayed even in either direction in the directions crossed with the axial direction.
