摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system enabling an operator to respond appropriately, according to the waiting time, by displaying the waiting time of ACD incoming call, when the operator responds to the ACD incoming call under waiting conditions. SOLUTION: The call center system includes an in-house exchanger 2 installed inside a call center, a CIT server 4 cooperated by CTI with the in-house exchanger 2, an ACD device 3 which is connected to the in-house exchanger 2 via LAN-α, a client personal computer 5, connected to the CIT server 4 via LAN-β, and an extension line telephone set 6 stored in the in-house exchange set 2 via an extension line.
