PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit predetermined refrigerating capacity by quickly opening an expansion valve connected to an evaporator on the side of resuming operation after once stopping operation in a refrigerating cycle constituted to switch the operation of a plurality of evaporators. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle 1, a differential pressure regulating valve 60 is provided between the expansion valve 40 and the evaporator 20 to suppress the temperature drop of a body 41 of the expansion valve 40. As a result, when a blower 21 is switched on to operate again the evaporator 20 on the resting side, the body 41 is quickly warmed with a refrigerant evaporated from the evaporator 20, and the temperature sensed by its temperature sensing part 50 quickly rises to open the expansion valve 40.
