PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hitting sound in a shift stroke end. SOLUTION: A groove 6 extends in an inner periphery of a synchronizer sleeve 2 in an axial direction, and houses a head of a lock plunger energized and moved in a radius outer direction. A portion for the lock plunger to move from a start of synchronization through to completion of the synchronization is formed in a first face 6a the normal line of which extends at a predetermined angle a with respect to a radius direction, while a portion for the lock plunger to move after the completion of synchronization is formed in a second face 6b the normal line of which extends at an angle smaller than the normal line of the first face 6a with respect to the radius direction. A detent force is generated after the completion of synchronization thereby, and since a moving speed of the synchronizer sleeve 2 in an axial direction is suppressed, the moving speed when the synchronizer sleeve 2 reaches the shift stroke end is lowered, so that the hitting sound is reduced.
