摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator apparatus used for cooling a fuel cell mounted on a vehicle, which radiator apparatus becomes furthermore appropriate because the output and the heat generating value of the fuel cell and the open air introduced by running are taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: In the radiator apparatus for a fuel cell powered vehicle, a radiator body 22 is configured taking into consideration the sectional area (ventilation area) of the radiator body 22 necessary for cooling a cooling medium at the level capable of keeping the fuel cell within an allowable range of temperature when the vehicle is running at the highest vehicle speed by the output from the fuel cell. Fans 24, 26 only, which have annular rings 24b, 26b attached to the tip ends of blades 24a, 26a, are arranged in the rear of the radiator body 22 within the range of the outside frame of the radiator body 22. By this configuration, the ventilation resistance at a high vehicle speed of the fuel cell powered vehicle can be reduced and the fuel cell can be operated within the allowable temperature range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
