STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF BURNER FOR REMOTE STAGED RADIANT WALL FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for generating combustion gas of a lower pollutant level by burning fuel gas and air by using a radiant wall burner. SOLUTION: This structure of the burner for a remote staged radiant wall furnace includes arrangement of a secondary fuel gas nozzle apart from the radiant wall burner. The structure increases mixture of the secondary fuel and furnace combustion exhaust gas. As a result, a temperature of the burning fuel gas decreases, and generation of oxides of nitrogen is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
