PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a gable of an appearance having a unity feeling as a whole, when constituting the gable by installing a gable plate-like decorative sheet having a recessed groove on a surface along a roof lower end part including an edge angle. SOLUTION: This gable installing structure has a gable plate-like body decorative sheet 1 of the proper length having the recessed groove 11 on a surface, and an edge angle decorative sheet 4 having a shape of covering the edge angle and projecting a key-shaped connecting piece 42 on both side edges. The body decorative sheet 1 is installed in the roof lower end part on both sides of the edge angle. An edge angle decorative sheet 4 is put on this edge angle. Both side edge connecting pieces 42 are respectively tucked in the recessed groove 11 of the body decorative sheet 1. The edge angle decorative sheet 4 is integrally fastened to the body decorative sheet 1 by driving a fixing member such as a nail in an overlapping part of a bottom surface of the recessed groove 11 and a tip part 42b of the connecting piece 42.
