<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a work flow of a request for operation, an application for approval, operation execution, an operation result report, and log holding management, for an operation object device which requires approval procedures when being operated. <P>SOLUTION: An operation information management PC 100 requests an approving PC 400 to approve operation request information of an operation object PC 300, for which an application is made by a personal terminal 200, and confirms approval and instructs the operation object PC 300 to execute an approved operation corresponding to the personal terminal to reflect operation request information and stores and manages operation request information transmitted from the personal terminal 200, an approval result of the operation request information, and a reflection result of the operation request information, in an operation application DB 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
