PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize characteristics for continuously improving the deposition of a layer to a long-time temperature aging especially of a tin coating in a continuous layer for manufacturing a composite material. SOLUTION: In a continuous layer for manufacturing a composite material provided on a substrate 1 comprising a copper or a copper-based alloy or comprising nickel or a nickel-based alloy, a surface layer 5 arranged over at least a part of the substrate 1 comprising tin or a tin-based alloy, an isolated layer 2 comprising at least one element of Fe family, Co family, Nb family, Mo family or Ta family contacts directly the substrate 1 between the substrate 1 and the surface layer 5, intermediate layers 31, 32 comprising at least one element of Cu family or Ni family contacting directly the isolated layer 2 between the isolated 2 and the surface layer 5, and a reaction layer 4 comprising Ag or an Ag alloy, or Pt or Pd or its alloy, is provided between the surface layer 5 and the intermediate layers.
