PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealable multilayered laminated resin film having strength, stiffness and the like, excellent in transparency, slip properties, impact resistance or the like, also excellent in easy tear properties in both of longitudinal and lateral directions, capable of being manufactured at a high speed, excellent in film forming stability, rich in cost reduction properties, excellent in heat-sealing characteristics, lamination strength or the like and having content filling packaging properties, and a laminated material using it. SOLUTION: The heat-sealable multilayered laminated resin film comprises a three-layered laminated structure of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer formed by a coextrusion multi-layer inflation method and is characterized in that the outer layer comprises a two-layered structure of an outside outer layer and an inside outer layer and the inner layer comprises an outside inner layer and an inside inner layer.
