PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of measuring magnesium ions and calcium ions simultaneously unaccompanied by association of each fluorescent probe when using a plurality of fluorescent probes simultaneously, each concentration change and decline of quantitativeness caused by rise of a fluorescent background. SOLUTION: This magnesium ion/calcium ion simultaneous measuring probe comprises an organic pigment compound having a magnesium ion bonding region to be coordinately bonded to magnesium ions and a calcium ion bonding region to be coordinately bonded to calcium ions.
