<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled fish paste packaging film useful for packaging not only steamed fish paste but also retainer fish paste. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging film has a coating layer composed of at least a sucrose fatty acid ester (A) on at least one side of a biaxially stretched synthetic resin film. When the film is heat treated at 120°C for 5 min, a heat shrinkage S<SB>MD</SB>in the machine direction (MD direction) of the film is 2 to 8% and a heat shrinkage S<SB>TD</SB>in the transverse direction of the film (TD direction) is 1 to 8%, and S<SB>TD</SB>/S<SB>MD</SB>≤1. In addition, adjustments are made such that the L<SB>MD</SB>of the film MD is 10 to 23.5 mm and the L<SB>TD</SB>of the film TD is 24 to 38 mm, wherein L is a distance from the end of the suspending film to a vertical surface extending down from the end of a horizontal surface when films MD and TD with 150 mm length and 15 mm width, when having the MD direction and TD direction as their lengthwise directions, are paid out by 50 mm from the end of the horizontal surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
