PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize closer support and easier system operation assuming that support of a product development project accords with the actual condition of an actual development project to.

SOLUTION: This development support system supporting execution of a product development project has: a task sheet recording means recording a task sheet having a structure wherein a group of tasks executed in the project is subdivided at least by a product portion and a task content, in each project; a task sheet selection means selecting the task sheet of the project of the same or a similar development object product as a template among the task sheets of the preceding project recorded in the task sheet recording means when starting a new project; and a new project task sheet registration means newly registering the task sheet selected by the task sheet selection means into the task sheet recording means as the task sheet of the new project.
