<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access to a server by using a customer terminal owned by a customer in order to accurately grasp the status of a use device to be used by a customer, and to make the customer usefully use a time without feeling any stress. <P>SOLUTION: This device status grasping system 10 is provided with a use device equipped with a communicating means, a server communicatively connected to the use device for grasping the use status of the use device, and a customer terminal 14 which can be connected to the server.
