PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch antenna which shifts a directivity of the antenna without tilting its posture and without causing a big cost-up. SOLUTION: A patch antenna body portion 120a having the directivity is dielectric and is provided with a dielectric substrate 123 of a panel body having at least one through-hole 128 or more, a first ground electrode 124b covering a back face of the dielectric substrate 123, an antenna electrode 125 covering a part of area of a counter area opposing the ground electrode 124b in a surface of the dielectric substrate 123, and a second ground electrode 126 partially existing near the antenna electrode 125 in the counter area of the surface of the dielectric substrate 123. The through-hole 128 exists between the first ground electrode 124b and the second ground electrode 126, and a plug 130 to electrically connect the first ground electrode 124b to the second ground electrode 126 is provided in the through-hole 128.
