PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak power type transmitter without lowering transmitting efficiency even to wideband frequencies in the transmitter having an electronic board attached by an arrangement to face a conductor member at a predetermined interval and a transmitting antenna connected to a transmitter circuit on the electronic board. SOLUTION: The transmitter 10 is constituted so that the transmitting antenna 13 is electrically connected to a conductor member MT and the conductor member MT leads a part of functions of the transmitting antenna 13 at an attached attitude.
