PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever guide structure, in which quick speed change operation is possible even when two mutually crossing shift lever moving passages are provided, and in which addition of excess force to a shift lever and a shift lever guide member can be prevented. SOLUTION: In addition to a guide hole 54 in which a shift lever is inserted, a rotary plate 56 having a first counter side 56a facing a first moving passage C1 for the shift lever and a second counter side 56b facing a second moving passage C2 is provided to form moving passages for the shift lever. The rotary plate 56 is composed to be rotatable in such directions that the first counter side 56a and the second counter side 56b approach/separate from the first moving passage C1 and the second moving passage C2.
