PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire valve holder and a vehicular wheel, facilitating or eliminating the need of positioning to a wheel disc, and facilitating manufacturing management. SOLUTION: The tire valve holder 5 is fitted in a valve holder attaching hole 21 comprising the wheel disc 2, a rim 4, the valve holder attaching hole 21 formed in a stepped shape having a step portion 213 on the wheel disc 2, and a communicating passage 22 communicating the valve holder attaching hole 21 and an annular wall 41. The tire valve holder 5 comprises a large diameter portion 51, a small diameter portion 52, a tire valve 6 internally provided on the large diameter portion; a communicating hole 52b opening to an outer peripheral surface 52a of the small diameter portion 52 corresponding to a position of the communicating passage 22 in an axial direction, and communicating to the tire valve 6; and seal grooves 52d, 52d formed in a circumferential direction on both sides of the communicating hole 52b on the outer peripheral surface 52a.
