PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in address data creation by making it easy to set items for a machine such as a PDA which is hard to input a character string, making it possible to set things other than photographs taken and stored in information equipment as items and making it possible to set photographs as items before starting the creation of addresses.

SOLUTION: An information processing device is provided with an information generation means which generates information having a plurality of setting items; a setting item input instruction means which instructs input to specific setting items; and a setting item conversion means which converts inputted data to formats conforming to the items.
