摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a peripheral control circuit by decreasing the number of control terminals to the number of SPST basic circuits while maintaining a low insertion loss and high isolation with n-sets of SPnT type semiconductor switches of the SPST basic circuits. SOLUTION: The maintenance of device characteristics of the semiconductor switches and the reduction in the number of the control terminals are realized by turning off all of (n-1) sets of shunt FETs 2, 3, 4 connected in parallel with a signal terminal 10 of any basic circuit whose through-FET 1 is turned on, turning on any one of (n-1)-sets of the shunt FETs 2, 3, 4 respectively connected in parallel with the signal terminals 10 of all of the other basic circuits whose through-FETs 1 are turned off and sharing a control signal led to the through-FET 1 and the shunt FETs 2, 3, 4 with a control signal led to the other basic circuits.
