PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a charge transport material having good electrostatic properties such as a high reception voltage and a low discharge voltage, an organophotoreceptor containing the charge transport material, and an electrophotographic image containing the organophotoreceptor, and also to provide a method for forming an electrophotographic image utilizing the organic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The organophotoreceptor of this invention comprises an electrically conductive support and a photoconductive element on the electrically conductive support. The photoconductive element contains a charge transport material expressed by a chemical formula 1 and a charge generating compound. In the chemical formula 1, Y1and Y2contain a carbazolyl group, each independently; X1and X2are, each independent, crosslinking groups; E1and E2contain an epoxy group, each independently; and Z is a linking group containing binding of -(CR5=CR6-)n-group and -CR7=N-group, or an aromatic group.
