PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel-like sheet cosmetic that has high adhesivity to the skin by having stretchability and flexibility, readily provides the skin with a beautification component having high moisture retention and beautification effect, is applicable to various use parts depending upon purposes by changing the shape of the sheet cosmetic and is used by a simple method in a conventional sheet cosmetic that is stuck fast to the skin and supplies the skin with a moisture retention and beautification component. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composed of a gel-like sheet retains a sheet state even without having a substrate, has strong stretchability, flexibility and tensile strength, high adhesivity to the skin even with a small amount of an adhesive component and efficiently supplies the skin with a beautification component by firmly staying in an objective part in application to the skin.
