<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder case for enabling workers who use gloves at all times and people in a region where gloves are used in winter to easily perform storage and take-put without putting fingers in the inside or taking off the gloves every time. <P>SOLUTION: In the holder case for storing and carrying an article such as a portable telephone, a hole 14 is penetratingly provided at an appropriate part of the front surface part 1 of the case, and a pulling belt 15 provided with a pulling ring 16 on an end part and attached to the inner surface wall of a back surface at the other end part is inserted into the hole 14 and provided so as to be freely pulled out.
