<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag which can display commodity information written by a reader/writer so that the commodity information can be grasped by a customer or a clerk. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna 9 receives a radio wave for writing discount information 11g and a discount method 11h from the reader/writer and the discount information 11g and the discount method 11h are written in a commodity data storage part 11 on the basis of the received radio wave.
