<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage of discharge capacity at low temperatures and wasteful consumption of energy at high temperatures of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature of the battery 15, the temperature of a refrigerant of a converter cooler 16, and the temperature of open air are respectively detected by temperature sensors 20 to 22, and in the case the battery temperature is lower than a low-temperature side set value and at the same time the refrigerant temperature is higher than the battery temperature, a valve 18 of a refrigerant duct 17 is opened, and the battery 15 is warmed by the refrigerant from the converter cooler 16, while in the case the battery temperature is higher than a high-temperature side set value and at the same time the open air temperature is lower than the battery temperature, a fan 19 to send the open air to the battery 15 is driven, and the temperature of the battery 15 is decreased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
