REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF COLUMNAR CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency by simplifying construction work of a reinforcing structure of a columnar construction such as a pier and an abutment. SOLUTION: Shear strength of the columnar construction can be increased by providing a reinforcing material 10 continuously or partially intermittently in parallel with the axial direction of the columnar construction on part of the outer circumference of the columnar construction. Because only necessary part of the construction is reinforced without reinforcing the whole of the construction, the construction work is simplified and costs for it are reduced.
