PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional flat vibration generating motor is large in size and high in cost because the motor has a rotor mounted with fan-like air core coil and sheet-like non-circular disk and a sheet-like permanent magnet is disposed in the thickness direction of a case. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft for rotating the rotor as a shaft is provided on the inside bottom of a base of the case of a container with a shallow, circular bottom. The annular, six-part split permanent magnet wherein adjacent magnetic poles are different alternately is arranged on the inside wall surface of the base of the case. The mounting angle of metal frame and metal body provided in the rotor is about 100 degrees and has the length to be housed in the ring of the permanent magnet. A coil 7 is wound around on the metal frame side, a magnetic body cover is provided at the center part of the metal frame and metal body. Moreover, a rotary shaft insertion hole is provided at the center thereof, and six pieces of contact terminal boards 6e are arranged so as to surround the rotary shaft insertion hole. Furthermore, two pairs of contact terminal boards alternately connected with each other every one piece are connected to the both ends of the coil. When applying the direct electric current to the coil, two contacts disposed in a power supply part housed in a lid of the case are brought into contact with the contact terminal boards of the opposite polarities respectively.
