<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception time measuring device capable of measuring a reception time highly accurately. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a demodulation part 12 for transmitting a transmitting signal for generating periodically a demodulated signal whose signal change part is unevenly distributed on the time base from a transmitting device 1, and simultaneously demodulating a received signal and outputting the demodulated signal whose signal change part is unevenly distributed on the time base, a band passing filter 13 for allowing a frequency component included in the signal change part of the demodulated signal outputted from the demodulation part 12 to pass, and a time measuring part 14 for measuring a reception time of the received signal based on an output signal from the band passing filter 13.
