PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a big reduction of plastic bags for shopping by constructing such system that gives advantages to both users and vendors and economically expands users as one of solutions for a flagging reduction of plastic bags for shopping. SOLUTION: Shopping baskets which are used in premises of a large retail store can be carried out in exchange for users' deposit through hardware resources. By constructing such system that gives privileges that users can get depending on their using records, expansion of participants of improvement of environmental issues and reduction of plastic bag for shopping can be promoted.
