PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-eliminating device that surely removes pulse noise mixed with a received signal, by reducing the influence of spuriousness caused by the adjacent disturbing signal. SOLUTION: The noise-eliminating device 1 is equipped with a noise detection part 2, which detects the pulse noise mixed with the received signal S1 and detects the generation periodτof the pulse noise, a detuning frequency detection part 4, which detects adjacent disturbing signal superimposed on the received signal S1 and detects the detuning frequencyΔF, between the frequency of the adjacent disturbing signal and the frequency of a desired signal; a gate control part 5 computing as the gate periodτs a period which is an integral multiple of the reciprocal (1/ΔF) of the detuning frequencyΔF and close to the generation periodτof the pulse noise, and a gate part 2 which outputs the received signal S2, having the pulse noise removed by cutting off the pulse noise mixed with the received signal S1 for the gate periodτs.
