PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly create an electronic album. SOLUTION: There are provided an image data acquisition section 101 for acquiring image data, an image data storage 102 for storing the image data, an attached information acquisition section 103 for acquiring attached information, an attached information storage 104 for storing the attached information, an embedded information generator 105 for generating an image ID/attached information ID, an embedded information embedding section 106 for embedding the image ID/attached information ID to the image data, an embedded information extractor 108 for extracting the image ID/attached ID from the scan result of an index sheet, an attached information reader 109 for reading the attached information based on the attached information ID, an image data selector 110 for selecting the image data using the attached information, an image data reader 111 for reading the selected image data, an arrangement section 112 for arranging the image data, and an image output section 107 for outputting an index sheet image after information embedment and an album image after arrangement.
