PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a realistic means for environmental preservation without requiring an effluent treatment and to provide a method for reutilizing the photographic effluent. SOLUTION: A repellent for birds and animals is characterized as comprising the photographic effluent, especially the photographic effluent diluted to≥10 times.
