PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixer truck capable of cleanly removing ready-mixed concrete deposited in a mixer drum, particularly that deposited on an inner surface side of a blade or ready-mixed concrete deposited in a feed cylinder for feeding it from a hopper into the mixer drum. SOLUTION: In the concrete mixer truck, the mixer drum 2 having the blade 3 at the inside is rotatably mounted onto a vehicle body, a hopper 4 is provided behind a rear end of the mixer drum 2 and a discharge part 4a formed on a lower part of the hopper 4 is communicated with the inside of the mixer drum 2 through the feed cylinder 5 continuously provided on the blade 3. A first washing nozzle 81 is arranged facing to a rear end of the blade 3 such that it injects washing water to an inner surface side of the rear end of the blade 3. An opening 42 is provided on an upper part of a communication part of the discharge part 4a formed on a lower part of the hopper 4 and the feed cylinder 5 and a second washing nozzle 82 is arranged facing to the opening 42 such that it injects washing water into the feed cylinder 5.
