PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable lure, by improving a method for fixing petroleum-based resin balls at the directly close part of a circular ear or a method for fixing the lure at a hook by using much instantaneous adhesive, substituting the resin balls with soft fluorescent balls which can be cut with a cutter knife, and also preparing the lure by winding it with a piece of synthetic rubber string and with a partial bonding sufficiently enduring the fishing for making the hook as capable of being used in different fishings. SOLUTION: This lure is completed by fixing the hook 1 shown in Fig. 1, attaching a fluorescent material 5 at a knot with a leader 4, and then pushing a lure 10-1 shown in Fig. 2 at the smaller outer diameter part 6 of a tool and winding the synthetic rubber string at its one end together with the outer diameter part of the tool, partially bonding 12-1 the knot of the synthetic rubber 11-1 with an instant adhesive and then moving the lure to a position of the synthetic rubber knot 11-2 until making a contact with the fluorescent material.
