FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines with rotating cylinder block. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed engine contains housing accommodating rotor of cylinder block. Rotor consists of two parts, one of which is hollow rotor with drum inside which inner rotor is installed eccentrically. Piston is hinge-connected to segment rocking on inner surface of drum of hollow rotor by means of connecting rod. Movable end of segment is mechanically coupled with lock hinge-secured on inner surface of drum of hollow rotor. Link is rigidly secured on axle of lock. Said link engages with pin rigidly secured on cylinder-piston block. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of engine. ^ 5 dwg
