摘要

Copper alloy with high mechanical strength and high conductivity, containing (by weight) 0.01 to 0.5 % of iron and 0.01 to 0.3% of phosphorus with the remainder being copper and inevitable impurities, has the following characteristics: - (A) the ratio of the iron and phosphorus contents (Fe/P) is in the range 0.5 to 6.0; - (B) the volume fraction and the number of dispersoids of 1 to 20 nm of medium particle diameter in the microstructure of the alloy are respectively 1.0 % or more and 300 pieces/ mu m or more.
