The device has a field conductor (5) channeling magnetic fluxes of permanent magnets (19, 20) situated in air-gaps defined across a single winding (6) associated to the conductor. The magnets occupy the air-gaps defined by the conductor simultaneously when a movable part (4) is in an upper or lower position. The magnets are excited such that their magnetic fluxes crossing the winding in upper or lower position are added.
