The pants have a cloth piece with, at one end, a waistband (2) having a ring (4) at one end and a horizontal hook (5) at other end turned outwards. The other end of the piece has two parallel elastic bands (8), each terminated by a ring (9). An elastic cord (11) connects the waistband to a hook and rings (9) opposite to the hook. The rings (9) are connected to hooks (10) to maintain the piece closed in front on the belly of a person.
