PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump enabling the easy cleaning of the inside of a casing in a short time and having high sealability enough to prevent a supplied matter from flowing into a bearing section. SOLUTION: This gear pump comprises a drive shaft 1 rotatably supported through a bearing and having one end connected to a drive source, a driven shaft 2 disposed parallel with the drive shaft 1 and rotatably supported through the bearing, a pair of gear-like rollers 3 and 4 mounted on the drive shaft 1 and the driven shaft 2 and rotated reverse to each other according to the drivingly rotating of the drive shaft 1 to suck and discharge the supplied matter, and a casing 5 storing the drive shaft 1 and the driven shaft 2 together with the gear-like rollers 3 and 4. The casing 5 is formed of split divided bodies 5a and 5b having mating surfaces 6a and 6b along the axes L of the drive shaft 1 and the driven shaft 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
